Please read these terms carefully. By continuing to use our services, you are agreeing to these terms as they apply to you.
Updated on 30 August 2023.
Each initial consultation is 60 minutes, and subsequent sessions 50 minutes (unless otherwise discussed and agreed).
Do arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we will not be able to extend the duration of your session. This is because there may be someone scheduled right after you. We appreciate if you can inform us if you will be late as it helps us plan the time. The full fee for your appointment remains payable.
The fee ranges from $160 for our counsellor, to $200 for our counselling psychologist, and $220 for our clinical psychologists, payable at time of service. Additional charges (on a pro-rated basis) will apply if the session extends beyond the time.
Additional charges also apply for school/home visits, report writing and letters.
For assessments, 50% of the total payment is required at the first testing session.
Reduced rate is available on a case by case basis based on your financial situation. Unless discussed and agreed, the standard fee will be charged. Please request for reduced rate prior to your session if required. For reduced rate sessions, please note that the rate will be reviewed if situations change (e.g., change of financial situation, frequency of sessions).
Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to re-allocate the time slot to someone else.
For any late rescheduling or cancellation of appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee will be imposed. The cancellation fee will be 50% of your consultation fee. For instance, if your session is on Thursday 2pm, please inform us of any cancellation or rescheduling by Wednesday 2pm.
We do understand that emergencies may occur. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to make a last-minute cancellation and provide us with the reason for this. We are able to waive the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that an alternative is to request for a virtual session if you are unable to attend an in-person session due to last minute matters.
