We provide evidence-based individual therapy tailored to your unique needs and goals. Our psychologists and counsellors work with clients across the lifespan, from childhood through adulthood, addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
We offer therapy in the format that works best for you:
All sessions are conducted in a safe, confidential environment where you can speak openly without judgment.

Individual therapy provides a confidential space to explore your concerns, develop coping strategies, and work toward your goals with the support of a trained psychologist or counsellor. Our therapists take a collaborative approach, working with you to understand your unique situation and tailor therapy to your specific needs.
Initial Consultation
Your first session is a 60-minute consultation where your therapist will take time to understand your concerns, background, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, you'll discuss whether therapy is a good fit, explore potential treatment approaches, and develop an initial plan. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and ensure you feel comfortable with your therapist.
Ongoing Therapy Sessions
Subsequent sessions are typically 50 minutes and are scheduled at a frequency that works for you (eg. weekly, fortnightly, monthly). The duration of therapy varies depending on your goals and needs; some clients benefit from short-term focused work, while others engage in longer-term support. Your therapist will regularly check in with you about your progress and adjust the approach as needed.

For adults (ages 18 and above)
We provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore your concerns, understand your difficulties, and develop strategies to cope more effectively. Our therapists work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.
We support adults experiencing:
We use evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs. Treatment begins with an initial assessment to understand your background and current concerns, allowing us to develop an appropriate plan together. Therapy is client-centered, respecting your autonomy and moving at a pace that feels right for you.

For children and adolescents (ages 3-17)
We provide developmentally appropriate therapy for young people experiencing emotional, behavioral, or social difficulties. Our approach is collaborative, working with the child, parents, and when appropriate, schools and other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
We help young people with:
We use age-appropriate methods, including play-based therapy for younger children and talk therapy for adolescents. Treatment may involve sessions with the child individually, parents separately, or family sessions, depending on what will be most effective. We work collaboratively with schools and other professionals when needed to ensure comprehensive care.
Our therapists are trained in various evidence-based approaches and will work with you to determine which methods are most suitable for your needs. Different approaches may be used at different stages of therapy, depending on your goals and progress.
